Cancellation and Refund Policy

What does Refund Policy mean?

When a student is unable to access the course due to technical problems on the website, or receives video as per commitment to the course or by mistake, buy another course instead of another course of the projukti team, the student can request a refund that will go through the verification process.

How to apply for refund?

If you have paid for a separate course or a bundle course, you can request a refund within 24 hours of your payment.

 

Follow these steps below for refund:

    1. Reference Refund's reason.

 

 

We will verify and arrange your refund.

 

The refund will be processed within 7-10 business days and will be returned to the customer via the original payment method or as a coupon code. This confirmation will be emailed to the user

 

When will a refund not be applicable?

 

 

    • If you submit a complaint or refund request 24 hours from the date of purchase.

 

    • If you have already acquired your course certificate within 24-hour complaint, you are not eligible to get back.

 

    • If you filed a complaint within 24-hour complaint and acquired the course certificate within the next 7-day refund period, you will not be entitled to get back.

 

    • When you request refund, the refund process is ongoing. Therefore, if you complete an operation (invite a video, try a quiz or test, download certain course materials) and continue the course, you will not be eligible for a refund request.

 

    • If you complete more than 10 premium/distributed videos before requesting a refund, you will not be eligible for the money back.

 

 

 When will a refund be applicable?

 

 

    • In case of a wrong purchase or customer wishing to buy another course, voucher can be transferred to another course by paying.

 

    • If the technology team fails to provide the course video according to commitment

 

 

After requesting a refund, it may take up to 7-10 business days for the balance to be returned to your account. If it has been more than 10 business days, please contact us via email or Facebook page.

 

Once returned, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS to your registered e-mail/phone number.

 

The technology team has full authority to change T&C according to the situation and time.
