  • Course content delivered does not match what was promised

  • Incorrect course purchased mistakenly instead of the intended course

Refund Processing

  • Refund requests are verified and processed within 48 hours.

Conditions for Non-Refundability

Refund requests will not be approved if:

  • The request is submitted after 24 hours from the purchase time.

  • The course certificate has been issued before submitting a refund request within 24 hours.

  • The course certificate is obtained within the 48-hour processing period after requesting a refund.

  • Course activities (video streaming, quizzes, downloads, etc.) continue during the refund evaluation process.

  • More than 10 premium or distributed course videos have been viewed prior to the refund request.

Eligible Refund Situations

Refund requests may be approved under these conditions:

  • Mistaken purchase with the option to transfer to another course, adjusting any cost differences.

  • The Projuktit Team fails to deliver course content as explicitly promised.

Refund Timeframe

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 48 hours. If refunds are delayed beyond this period, please contact us directly.
